Behind The Scenes

Quintessentially British with a little eccentricity, Marmaduke London is the vintage inspired luxury menswear design label founded by London College of Fashion graduate Ruby Vestey.
It all starts with designing our prints
With an eye for a fresh take on British tradition and heritage, we design and paint our prints by hand. Drawing inspiration from art and vintage fabrics, they are all individually sketched and painted - by hand - before being printed onto the finest quality silk in mills in England.
Next, Pattern Cutting
Marmaduke garments are designed and cut in our London studio. Our paper patterns are drawn in the traditional way with close attention to detail, to achieve the perfect cut and fit.
Then, we visit farms and mills around Britain
We source our fabrics - linen, silk, cotton lawn, velvet, wool and cashmere, from around the UK. Our wool and cashmere comes straight from mills and farms in Scotland. Attention is paid to every detail - even our buttons come from the most traditional button maker, in Glasgow.
Hand Made in London
As firm advocates of the British clothing industry, all Marmaduke garments are handmade in London. They are produced by individual, traditional makers, to the highest standards. We take pride that Marmaduke clothing will last for years to come, wherever you decide to wear it.
We know gifting for men is not always easy, and so to help you with this we offer a personalisation service - boxer shorts and squares can be monogrammed with initials.
Bringing the finished clothing to you
Once finished, our clothing is photographed by the Marmaduke Team. We then get to share it with you!
