RETURNS

If you wish to return your product, please return it to us at the address below, along with the completed Returns Form. 

Return your order within 14 days of receiving your parcel for a refund, or 28 days for an exchange. Items must be unworn and in resalable condition. The original postage will not be refunded.

Bespoke orders are not refundable or exchangeable, unless faulty. If faulty, the product can be returned within 28 days for an exchange.

During the festive period, our returns window is extended. Return items bought between 1st November and 24th December by 14th January for a refund or exchange.
